He explained the diagnostic tests & their results, treatment plan, and insurance/costs in simple, easy to understand terminology. I did not feel rushed during the visit. The flow from registration to exam to checkout time made this a very pleasant experience.

My Mom and I were there today for our hearing test. One of my Mom's hearing aids wasn't working correctly in 2019 and had been sent out to be fixed. Recently she started having the same problem with the same hearing aid, this time while we were there The young lady (I wish I could remember her name) worked on it and was able to determine what the problem was and fixed it within a few minutes and saving my Mom almost $400 by not having it sent out again. I wasnu2019t the patient but drove my wifeu2019s family there for my mother-in-lawu2019s appointment. The Dr. spent a lot of time with her and set her up on the proper hearing aide for her. Other businesses tried to sell her the most expensive hearing aide! Let alone hardly spend anytime talking and assessing her specific needs. Bravo Lowe Audiology!!!

I've been a hearing aid user since I was in my 40's, and found Dr Berkle after I moved to Fort Wayne. To say the least, I'm very pleased with my experience, and found him to be kind and considerate, and well informed in the various options available in hearing aid technology.

Avery friendly, knowledge staff.

Took my friend Martha, who is 90, to Lowe Audiology because of her growing issues with hearing loss. Dr. Burkle, who took over the practice, was amazing, as was his staff. He did a thorough exam, a complete mapping of the levels of hearing loss, and provided input on possible remedies. When he found out that the company "recommended" by her insurance was trying to rip her off, he gave her guidance and assistance in getting her the correct hearing aids (with the maximum coverage allowance from her insurer) at more than HALF the price that other company was trying to push. She just received her hearing aids four days ago, and she is amazed at the difference. Can't speak highly enough about Dr. Burkle or his team.

Very professional office and a comprehensive hearing exam. The doctor answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. I do need hearing aids but frankly the costs are beyond my means. The do have a sister store, but don't share the same products or services. Thier pricing is still expensive but the payment plans might be within my reach.

Dr. Burkle is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The fitting session went well and all subsequent visits to make adjustments have been satisfactory. He told me that getting used to hearing aids would be very difficult for me, especially with the severe hearing loss that I suffered in my right ear. He was right but, I have managed to learn to live with them. I don't know that another doctor could have been any more helpful. I would recommend Dr. Burkle to anyone with hearing issues.

I have been very please with my new hearing aids. They are wonderful and I can control them with my cellphone when I am in a noisy environment and checking on the battery life. The people in the office were very helpful when I was experiencing problems with my old hearing aids.

Lowe Audiology is a great place to go for hearing care. The office is comfortable and easy to access. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Burkle is thorough, careful, and focused on the patient. He keeps current with hearing technology advances, listens to my description of any hearing issues, works to resolve those issues, and helps me protect my hearing going forward. I got my first Siemens hearing devices--purchased through Lowe Audiology about six years ago--and I love them. They are nearly invisible, and they keep me confident in my hearing ability at home, in the car, and in any public situation. Plus they help me hear soft nature sounds when I am outdoors. Dr. Burkle always checks them and helps me keep them in excellent working condition. I highly recommend Dr. Burkle and the staff at Lowe Audiology. If you have hearing issues or questions, don't wait. Go see Dr. Burkle.

Audiologist was very professional but not familiar with the brand/model hearing aid I wanted. Since they work from the MFSR price list they are not competitive with online hearing aid providers.

It's not that I loved it. Because my friend who I brought for the appointment love it.

I've had wonderful experiences with Dr. Burkle and the staff at Lowe Audiology. I have recent hearing loss and am a new hearing aid user. Dr. Burkle answered my (numerous) questions about causes, treatment, financials, hearing progression, hearing aid use, etc and worked with me to create a plan that was right for me. Patient care goes a long way which is what I love about Lowe Audiology. Five stars!!
