I wasn’t the patient but drove my wife’s family there for my mother-in-law’s appointment. The Dr. spent a lot of time with her and set her up on the proper hearing aide for her. Other businesses tried to sell her the most expensive hearing aide! Let alone hardly spend anytime talking and assessing her specific needs. Bravo Lowe Audiology!!!

Staff is always friendly and courteous. Getting an appointment time that fits my schedule has never been an issue. Resolution of any issues with my hearing aids are done quickly and affordably.

Excellent and personable service. Time is given to ask questions, and responses are helpful and insightful. They also work to answer any insurance issues or questions I have. I like that I only have to deal with this business without having to get on the phone with my insurance provider. I have been dealing with audiologists for fifty years.
